On the first list, only first ballot players are:
Manning, Favre, Brady, Harrrison, Strahan, Seau.
I think LT and Lewis may have to wait a year or two. Even Derrick Thomas didn't get in in his first induction.
The rest is not locked unless they win some rings and/or keep stacking more numbers. In the NFL modern era, championship really counts or you have to hold some significant records.
Sapp is a long shot, so is Lynch. If thery were to get in, Derrick Brooks would have better chance before both of them. Andersen, perhaps, if he keeps playing but I don't see that happening :) Mark Moseley is the only K who earns NFL MVP and he's still left out. So, you do the math.
I've never seen any K in the Hall (I may be wrong though). George Blanda was enshrined becuase he also played other positions.
I don't hink Taylor belongs. Thomas is too pedestrian, IMO, unless his first name is Derrick. :) Champ has a good chance if he continues his dominance for 5 or more years. Same as Urlacher.
On your second list, Bruce is a sure thing but it may take him a little longer to get in, maybe after Harrison gets in. Art Monk is still out there. Also Rice, Tim Brown and Cris Carter. So he might need to wait.
There is absolutely no way Law, Vrabel, Edge and Elam get in. Owens and Moss, maybe, but even longer wait.
The third list is too soon to mention anything.
