As far as i know yes they are. I didnt follow football went Milan was at their peak but Unbeaten arsenal, Galaticos1, Zidane Juventus and Man Utd tripple champ team are imo weaker than this Barcelona team. I feel that Arsenal only be able to achieve that record thank to the EPL being in developing stage for 4-5 best league in the world to 1-2 and many of the smaller team werent good enough because they were able to pay big wages for coaches + player and had to settle with UK one which we all know are not very good (see how many English Coaches/Players are there in the EPL now?), beside they only did not win enough silverware to convince me that they were that good and not just :-) off.
Man Utd tripple champ team had a good team but their UCL winner was better imo as the league and UCL were mcuh more competitive (at least the knock out stages) compare to the 1999 competition as most good players being concentrated in several big clubs unlike earlier when dinamo kiev, Panatinikos or PSV can fought evenly with the big boys and that goes for Bayern team as well. Juventus with Zidane or Del Piero more like, was probably the strongest of the lots but they do not used to higher tempo play and the tactics against fantasista is now well developed and could be notified.
Lastly, Galaticos RM. Not that good of a team and only famous for their stars, similar to Barcelona Fantastic 4 team (Henry,Eto,Ronaldinho and Messi). Both team lack balance didn't not achieved that many trophies + poor defense.
