แต่ว่าเนื้อหาโดยรวมของข่าวเนี่ย Bassette พูดได้ดีและตรงมากๆ ถ้าไม่นับประโยคที่ว่าคุณนายของตัวเองมาคุม Porto ก็ได้ ประโยคนี้ถือว่าแรง เพราะไม่ได้ดูถูกแค่ AVB แต่ยังเป็นการดูถูกลีกโปรตุเกสอีกด้วย
คือเนื้อหาอื่นๆ ที่ดี เช่น การพูดถึงว่าเสี่ยหมีต้องเป็นแบ็คให้ AVB นะ ต้องขจัดปัญหาเรื่องนักเตะขาใหญ่ที่สายตรงถึงบอร์ดและเสี่ยหมีได้ อย่างตอนที่ปลด Scolari หรือ Ancelotti ที่คนนอกจาก Bassette ได้ยินเรื่องทำนองนั้นมา เจ้าตัวบอกว่าไม่เกี่ยวว่าคุณจะอายุ 33 หรือ 40 แต่คุณต้องบริหารจัดการภายในห้องแต่งตัวให้ได้ (คุมนักเตะให้ได้นั่นเอง) แล้วก็ขออวยพรให้ AVB ไปได้ดี และหวังว่าทุกอย่างที่ต้องการจะถูกเขียนลงไว้ในสัญญาแล้ว

ANDRE VILLAS-BOAS: ALL VERY BAFFLING
ANDRE VILLAS-BOAS will need the full backing of Roman Abramovich if he is to succeed at Chelsea.
Andre Villas-Boas is just 33 and, although he has a decent football CV, his appointment is Chelseas biggest gamble.
But former Wimbledon manager Dave Bassett says Villas-Boas must be allowed to be boss and have total control over a dressing room packed with the powerful voices of John Terry, Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba and Petr Cech.
Bassett, who in his early 30s was boss of top-flight gatecrashers Wimbledon a team known as the Crazy Gang which ­included Vinny Jones, Lawrie Sanchez and Dennis Wise says Villas-Boas must be able to exercise total control at Stamford Bridge.
If Roman doesnt get behind him, or get totally out of his way, then there could be trouble, said Bassett. I wish him well and I hope he has everything he wants written down in his contract.
Bassett won seven promotions throughout his career and added: Andre must have final say on tactics, buying and training methods. Without having that written down and insisting on it, his future is a £39million pay-off.
The players at Chelsea must know of his record and be impressed. But players also spot weaknesses quickly and go for it. It doesnt matter if you are 33 or 40. They will find you out.
As an outsider, you always wonder if player-power had anything to do with Scolari and Ancelotti going.
You hear rumours about players having direct access to the boardroom, even Abramovich. This must now all stop. I took over a Wimbledon dressing room that had strong characters like Alan Cork, Wally Downes and Dave Beasant.
You must have enough in your background and knowledge and character to win them over. I took my FA Prelim badge at 22 and full badge at 27. Roy Hodgson did the same.

There are only two, maybe three, clubs in Portgual and winning the title is easy.
Its like Scottish football with Celtic and Rangers. Porto are a rich club. They can buy great players and he managed them well. But in fairness it wasnt hard.
Could he have achieved the same here? Could he have got Norwich promoted like Paul Lambert or Brighton promoted like Gus Poyet. Or QPR under Neil Warnock?
Same with Dutch football. It is usually about Ajax. Yet Steve McClaren won the title with unsung FC Twente.
So why didnt Roman or anyone at Chelsea put Paul, Gus, Steve or Neil on their ­interview list? Why dont clubs like Chelsea look inside sometimes?
Andre is obviously bright, can spot a good player and is good at coaching. He obviously thought he wasnt going to be a player and went for this side of the game. So good luck to him.
But to succeed he must be given full authority on all matters concerning the football side. He must be allowed to make tough ­decisions.
And they will need to be made.
