การสัมภาษณ์ หลังการแข่งขัน ต่างก็ อวยกันไป อวยกันมา ดีไปโหม๊ดดดด กร๊ากกกกกก ขอบใจนะ คิวบา.................
Cuba captain Yusidey Sille Fremeta: "It's a good match although we lost it. We did our best. Despite the loss, we will never give up easily. We'll try again."
Thailand captain Wilavan Apinyapong: "I'm very happy to beat Cuba. They are such a great team with exceptional skills. We played according to the head coach's strategic plan and tried to reduce the unforced mistakes in the first two sets, which we lost. Though losing two sets, we still played cool. We know we could beat them and we did it finally."
Cuba head coach Juan Gala Rodriguez: "I would like to congratulate Thailand on their win over us. Although we lost this match, I think we did our best. We will come back again to play Thailand (in the third week Pool K) to regain our pride."
Thailand head coach Kiattipong Radchatagriengkai: "It's great that we could beat Cuba finally. This is our first time in history to beat the much stronger sides like Cuba. However, I have to thank them as they taught us several tactics in the match. My players learned a lot of tactics and techniques from the Cuban team. Like the previous match, it's not easy to beat one of the world's greatest teams like Cuba. I would like to thank our fans to cheer us patiently although we lost the first two sets. However, the match against Cuba in the third weekend will be a much tougher task for us. Against Russia in our last match in Pool B here, I think it will be another difficult match. Russia already beat Cuba. Without doubt, it's not easy to stop their significant run. However, I do hope that my players will get a big boost following the stunning victory over Cuba and we will fight it all-out again against Russia in our last match in Nakhon Pathom."
