Realistically, none of them will start or even play a game. Rookie QBs usually will be groomed for a year or two to learn the playbook and adjust to the pro league. Some of them may play a couple of games. Take a look at those teams which may draft a QB. They all have their starter.
1. Chargers---Drew Brees definitely is the starter. Flutie is the 2nd string. If they draft a rookie, the guy will sit for a year of two.
2.Raiders---Rich Gannon is absolutely the starter at least a year.
3.Giants---Kerry Collins is team's starter with no doubt.
4.Steelers---Tommy Maddux is their starter.
5.Packers---No one gonna sit #4 unless he retire himself.
6.Cardinals---If they draft a QB. There will be a good chance for the rookie to get on the field.
7.49ers---They will pick a QB somewhere. However, Tim Rattay will start.
So, we may not see much from rookie QBs this year.
