People can change their behavior by many factors. The explanation is described in "the reversal theory". The followings are the example of behaviors that can change between each pair. 1. Telic (serious) - Paratelic (funny) 2. Conformist (formal) - negativistic (breaking the law) 3. Autocentric (self center) - allocentric (other center) 4. Mastery (over other people) - symphathy (under other people) Person can have one factor from each pair and 4 maximum mode in total. In fact, only one or two factors cannot describe behavior correctly. For example, when you are driving and decide to stop after seeing people waiting for crossing the road, your behavior is Telic, conformist, allocentric, and symphathy. However, in the same situation, you might behave in the different way (driving faster and do not allow other people to walk). In this case, the reasons that affect you behavior might your own intention, environment conditions (police, traffic light, etc.).
