I think you are too negative.
It's not always like that.
I do agree that Thai Developers love to pay big money for Foreign Architects, and to pay little checks to us, Thai Designers.
However, it is a nature of our business.
Not that bad as you called "สถาปนิกไทย ที่ขายตัวให้ฝรั่ง"
How?
1 Thai designers don't work for those ฝรั่ง. We still work for our clients.
2 "เราไม่มีสิทธออกความคิดเห็นใดๆทั้งสิ้น สิ่งที่เข้าต้องการคือควายโง่ๆตัวนึงมาทำตามคำสั่ง" Well, may be you have some bad luck, but I think we do have a lot of opinions in the construction matters.
3 Those Foreigners just do the work, til DD. So they come, take easy money for their fancy 3ds, and go. The people who make it realize are people like you, local architects. I think being local architects is not as easy as you said "ควายไทยรับจ้างฝรั่งทำแบบก่อสร้าง"....
I am a landscape architect, not architect, though.
I may not know as much as you, but I also have my own projects in other countries.
Of course, I have local landscape architects helping me there. They do know more of local matters, construction and plantings, and I respect their knowledge.
In Thailand, I also help Foreign architects, one of them did work for Central, and they do accept our input.
They even recommended me to their other clients as well.
May be you got some bad experiences, but the way you express your feeling towards our society is a bit too harsh, I think.
