แต่มันมีเตาปฏิกรณ์บางชนิดที่เกาหลี่เหนือใช้ คือ แบบ Breeder Reactor ชื่อมันก็บอกแล้ว ...หลังการใช้งานกาก U-238 จะเปลี่ยนเป็นพลูโตเนียม ซึ่งเป็น fissile เกิด fissionable ทำระเบิดได้

Natural uranium is 99.284% 238U isotope, with 235U only constituting about 0.711% of its weight.
