จะเรียนและจะทำงานอยู่ประเทศไหนครับ?
Mechanical Engineering with Business Finance <<
Engineering with Business Finance (EBF) tbh is a dos compared to straight Mechanical Engineering, having compared the two sylabbi. EBF is run in parallel with the Mech Eng's but instead of doing Thermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics, you do a bit at LSE to do with Economics.
In terms of how it compares with other departments within the faculty, it is probably the hardest academically (comparing with friends from different departments). The facilities are probably comparable to Imperial though I cannot definitively say as I have not seen the facilities at Imperial. We have two floors of the Engineering bulding dedicated to laboratories, the equipment is dated but it functions well at an undergraduate level...
Even if you pick BEng EBF and you dont like it, you can always switch courses at the end of the first year to Mechanical Engineering (shhhh, I didnt tell you that)! This is true also if you want to do MEng having picked BEng etc.
Q: How different is the Mechanical engineering from the mechanical engineering with business finance?
A: in your first year instead of studing thermodynamics and fluid mechanics, you do a full course unit (economics B) at LSE. You'll do thermo and fuilds in your 2nd year
