Limitations and Normal Procedures chapters cover operational limitations and normal procedures. All operating procedures are based on a thorough
analysis of crew activity required to operate the airplane, and reflect the
latest knowledge and experience available.
Supplementary Procedures chapter covers those procedures accomplished as required rather than routinely on each flight.
Performance Dispatch chapter contains performance information necessary for self dispatch.
Performance Inflight chapter contains performance information necessary for inflight use.
Vol 1 ย่อๆ คือใช้เครื่องบินให้ถูกต้อง ไม่เกินขีดจำกัด
- Volume 1A Operating procedures Emergency Loading Maintenance procedures.
- Volume 2 Chapters 1 through 15 contain general airplane and systems
information. These chapters are generally subdivided into sections covering

- Quick Reference Handbook (QRH) The QRH contains normal checklists, non-normal checklists, operational information, performance information necessary for inflight use on an expedited basis, and maneuvers.
QRH เล่มมีขนาดไดอารี่ เหมาะมือ นักบินนำติดตัวตลอด เปิดใช้ขณะบิน ตั้งแต่เข้าใน Cockpit ตรวจเช็คระบบ . . . บินขึ้น จนถึงจอด ดับเครื่องยนต์ ออกจากเครื่องบิน
เข้าเรื่องละ สวิชท์ทั้งหลาย บินประจำวันเป็นปกติก็ใช้ Normal Checklists ทำตามนั้น Set System Configuration สวิทข์ จะไม่ผิดตำแหน่ง ทุกเที่ยวบินใช้บ่อยจะจำได้
แต่ผิดปกติ นานๆเกิด(หวังว่าอย่าบ่อย) ใช้ Non-Normal Checklists มีหลายหัวข้อ เช่น ไฟไหม้เครื่องยนต์ ก็เลือกเปิดที่ "Engine Fire" แล้วทำตามนั้น . . .
