Basically you add another axis to time, so your universe has two orthogonal time directions. And you say the normal universe runs along one direction of the "time". I would say it is possible but you also need to make predictions which could be tested to prove the existence of the additional direction of time. I heard(haven't read) that Nambu, t U. of Chicago, has proposed this kind of theory. His theory assumed quantization and has some predictions but I don't remember exactly what they are. Nice thoughts though.
