When I was driving right by the Chitladda Palace. I saw one important fact of our country. Even though Chitladda Palace is officially designated as the place where our king and the royal family live, what I saw were farms, rice fields, and agricultural industrial plants.
When I was graduated, I was serving my country as a civil governmental officer in a rural hospital where I saw farmers who struggled on their livings and their profession, the profession that truly produces products of their country.
Few years later, I worked as an instructor in a rural university. My students were children of farmers. They would like to be educated and willing to learn wholeheartedly.
Few years later, I accepted a scholarship to persue my PhD to serve my students, my country, my people, my boss--- the Thai farmer in agricultural field.
I have long known that there were corruptions extensively in the governmental system. Anyway I was working in that system and will be working willingly again to serve my boss the Thai farmers.
As little as the budget is going to be, I can downsize the project to fit the budget... But the underlying will of serving will never be shaken.
If I have no instruments, I will invent it or apply the existing one as efficient as it can be.
Every time I pass the Chitladda Palace, I will realize what we are, who we are, and what I can do for my country where she gives me this education and attitude. One last fact is that she has never asks anything in return.
