ความคิดเห็นที่ 4 โค๊ะ!! ค.ห.หาย สงสัยมีคำต้องห้าม เอาใหม่ๆ ด้วยความงกจัด กลัวได้คอนแทคเลนส์ปลอมมา เราก็เลยจะไปโพสต์ที่เว็บของบริษัทเค้าแล้วล่ะค่ะ (Dueba) แต่กะเหรี่ยงอย่างเรา ภาษาอังกฤษก็งูๆปลาๆ ยังไงขอความกรุณาคนที่เก่งด้านภาษาช่วยแก้ให้ด้วยนะคะ ถ้าหากอ่านไม่รู้เรื่อง Dear Dueba’s customer service First let me tell you that I am interested in buying your contact lens “Kira kira Big Dolly brown or BigDm23’’. I have nearsighted eyes or myopia (-5.00 and -5.50) so I ordered both of them from agent in Thailand. Anyway I have a problem today because I wonder why she sent me “Ageha Barbie” and “Barbie girl” instead of Kira kira Big Dolly brown”. I called her to ask for the question and she answered that “All of them are the same products because they both come from Dueba”, so I wonder is it real? Honestly, I think she sent me faked products because both of them are actually look like the same even though the types of them are different! I mean how could Ageha Barbie, Barbie girl and Kira kira Big Dolly brown have the same appearance in spite of their different type. According to my doubt about it, could you please answer my questions so I could request a refund for the products I bought from agent in Thailand. By the way, I would like to send you the pictures of these products so that you can answer my question, please go to“_______” to see these pictures. 1. According to agent’s explanation “Ageha Barbie = Barbie girl = Kira kira Big Dolly brown” Is it real?  Could contact lens of Ageha Barbie, Barbie girl and Kira kira Big Dolly brown have the same appearance? 2. From all of my pictures, could you tell me that they are real? 3. If they are real, can I use both of them although they’re different types? (She sent me Barbie girl for -5.50 and Ageha Barbie for -5.00) 4. Could you please send me the picture of contact lens appearance and the box of Kira kira Big Dolly brown? Honestly, I am very anxious about the faked contact lens because there’re many people who suffer from blindness after faked contact lens use in Thailand. If these products are not real, I would like to request a refund and make a prosecution so she can’t deceive others. Your earliest response to this letter will be appreciated. ความคิดเห็นที่ 8 มายืนยันว่าเลนส์ลายเดียวกัน มาจากโรงงานเดียวกันแต่คนละรุ่น คนละยี่ห้อมีจริงค่ะ  แต่ถ้าให้พูดถึงกรณี จขกท. เราว่าแม่ค้าไม่ควรส่งแบบนี้มาให้ค่ะ ควรส่งแบบที่ฉลากเหมือนกันทั้ง 2 ข้าง แบบนี้เป็นใครก็ต้อง งง ค่ะ หรือถ้ามันหมดจริงๆ ก็น่าจะบอกก่อนล่วงหน้าค่ะ จากคุณ : Caszii เขียนเมื่อ : 1 มี.ค. 54 22:22:06
