Please use the sticky address label from the front of your returns note when you send the item back to us. If you haven't got this anymore, you can print a new one off by clicking here. When you have sent it, please complete the attached form and fax (or scan and email) it, along with the postage receipt to +44 1442 835 850. We will then refund your returned postage costs.
Just fill in the section on the returns note to say the item is faulty, and then put the note in your parcel when you send it back.
It’s also important that you get proof of posting from your Post Office when you send it back, so if it goes missing in the mail, you can prove you sent it. Please send the parcel back within 28 days.
