Thank you for your email.
Please be advised that to reclaim your VAT in France with Global Blue, you must comply with the following criteria:
1. Be a non- EU resident
2. Make the minimum spend of EUR 175,01 (including tax) at one retailer in one day
3. Obtain a Global Blue Cheque when purchasing goods (only shops affiliated with Global Blue can issue such Cheques)
4. Export the goods outside the EU within 3 months from the month of the purchase (Switzerland is not a member of EU)
5. Obtain a valid EU Customs stamp on the Cheque by showing the purchased goods to the Customs at the last point of your departure from the EU. You should obtain the stamp in France (at the station or on board of the train), the Swiss stamp is not acceptable for French forms
6. Obtain your refund within the validity of the form (6 months from the issuing date)
- Cash the Cheque at one of our international refund points
- Or, return the Cheque for processing to the address below:

Do not forget to state a refund option on the Cheque (Credit Card /yours or your relatives's or friend's/ or bank cheque).
