เคยมีประสบการณ์แบบนี้เหมือนกันค่ะ
กรณีแรก เหมือนบัตรเครดิตจะผ่านแต่ถูก cancel ทีหลัง
อีเมล์ไปถามทางร้านค้า ทางนั้นตอบกลับมาว่า
The $xxx.00 reflecting on your VISA credit card is a temporary authorization
hold put on your card when the purchase was attempted.
Payments are not processed on our end until the selected merchandise is
shipped from our warehouse.
Without a successful order, our company will not be charging your credit card.
The timeframe with which the authorization hold will fall off is dependent
on the policy of the financial institution that issued your credit card.
จากนั้นได้ติดต่อทางบัตรเครดิต พร้อมทั้ง FWD e-mail จากทางร้านค้าไปให้
ทางเจ้าหน้าที่บัตรเครดิตรับเรื่อง แล้วก็คืนเครดิตกลับมาให้ค่ะ
กรณีที่สองคือ ใช้บัตรไม่ผ่านแต่ถูกหักเครดิต (อีกร้านค้านึง)
e-mail ไปถามก็ได้รับคำตอบว่า

pre-authorization will never be posted, and you should see the funds

ตอนนั้นรอประมาณ 7 วันก็ได้เครดิตกลับมาค่ะ

สรุปแล้ว ถ้าเราซื้อของไม่ผ่าน ร้านค้าไม่มีบิลเรียกเก็บมาทางบัตรเครดิต
เราก็ไม่ต้องจ่ายเงินในส่วนนี้ค่ะ เดี๋ยวเครดิตก็กลับมาเอง ต้องรอค่ะ
*ปล. ลืมบอกว่าไม่ได้ซื้อจากCoach นะคะ แต่เป็นร้านอื่น
