เราแนะนำให้ตอนนี้คุณลบภาพออกค่ะ เพราะว่าเราได้แจ้งลูกค้าไว้เหมือนกันหน้าเพจค่ะ แต่แจ้งว่า มีเจ้าหน้าที่ทาง elf thailand ชื่อ ... มาแจ้งให้เราลบรูปสินค้าออก เนื่องจากผิดกฎหมาย หากเราลบรูปทิ้ง ไม่ต้องตกใจนะคะ
เมื่อสักครู่ ทางคุณ ... ได้มาโพสบนกระดานเรา ว่า (เราลบโพสนั้นไปแล้ว ขอแปลเป็นภาษไทยนะคะ) ทางบริษัทขายแพงกว่าเนื่องจากต้นทุนการนำเข้า และค่าภาษี หากคุณไม่เข้าใจให้โทรไปถามทางบริษัท ว่าเพจของคุณผิดกฎหมายยังไง
จากนั้นเราเลยส่งข้อความไปบอกว่า เราแค่แจ้งลูกค้าว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ชื่อนี้จาก... ส่งข้อความว่าให้ลบสินค้าออกจากเพจเท่านั้น ซึ่งถ้าเราไม่แจ้งว่าเจ้าหน้าที่คนไหน จากบริษัทอะไร แล้วลูกค้าจะเข้าใจได้ยังไงว่าเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่จากเว็บนี้จริง และบอกว่าเราไม่ชอบที่มาโพสแบบนี้โดยไม่แจ้งเราก่อน เราลบภาพทิ้งหมดตั้งแต่สิยนาทีนั้นแล้ว
ทางเจ้าหน้าที่เลยส่งข้อความมาบอกว่า
I don't like you mentioning my name in your post and make ชื่อบริษัท seem like the BAD company who stops you from selling. There are laws and taxation in Thailand. I have been nice by asking you to remove ชื่อบริษัท items only. If I contact Thailand FDA, they will fine you. If I contact the Special Police for illegal merchandise in Sathorn, they can also fine you and take your products. BUT, I didn't do this, I sent you a message to stop. Please do not mention my name (ชื่อเจ้าหน้าที่) in your posts again.

first i will delete your name
but i want to tell you
if i post only reason not your name to my customer may be some customer will think i lie
and elf thailand message to me sure?

If you want to threaten to report me to police, go ahead. I am the owner of a company in Thailand, and I am doing a legal thing. I pay all import duties and taxes here in Thailand. Our company sells at every Big C in Thailand and we sell over 3 Million Baht per month. If you want to report me or my company, we have done nothing to wrong, But you have illegal sales, so I welcome you to report me. Even facebook will protect us as we have done nothing wrong in trying to settle a dispute with an illegal merchant.
Lets not make things worse and just stop promoting the ชื่อบริษัท products. I offered you a solution yesterday already.

ปล. คำพูดเราอาจเหมือนไม่ดีนะคะ เรายอมรับว่าโกรธที่เค้ามาโพสโดยไม่ถามเราก่อน แล้วมาโพสว่าเราวันนี้ เมื่อไม่นาน ว่าเพจคุณผิดกฎหมาย ทั้งๆที่เราลบรูปออกหมดตั้งแต่เมื่อวานแล้ว น่าจะพอแล้ว และยัง inbox มาว่าเราต่ออีกทันที เราเลยโกรธค่ะ
เราแจ้งลูกค้าไม่ได้ใช่มั้ยคะว่าทางบริษัทสั่งให้เราลบรูปทิ้ง แจ้งชื่อบริษัทไม่ได้ใช่มั้ยคะT^T มันทำให้ภาพลักษณ์บริษัทไม่ดีเหรอคะ เราไม่รู้จริงๆ
เรา อธิบายให้หน้าเพจไปแล้วด้วยซ้ำว่าเราขอลบรูปออกเพราะปัจจุบันมีตัวแทนจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการเข้ามาในไทยแล้ว แล้วเราเอาภาพมาใช้เลยผิดกฎหมาย เจ้าหน้าที่ได้มาแจ้งให้ลบ
เราพูดความจริง ไม่ได้ว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ผิดเลย เรายอมรับว่าเพจเราผิดเองด้วยซ้ำที่นำภาพมาใช้ มันทำให้ภาพลักษณ์บริษัทเค้าเสียขนาดที่ต้อง inbox มาแบบนี้เลยเหรอคะ
เสียใจกับแบรนด์นี้มาก ทั้งๆที่รักและใช้มาหลายปีT^T
