I'm typing this in English so that the farang husband can understand it directly if he chooses to read it, that way things can't get lost in translation.
The story is that a customer ordered some products from your wife's Facebook page, then doubted its authenticity and asked for a refund. It could have ended if your wife just issue the customer a refund. But from what I've read, she told the customer that she'll do that, but then stated some mean and pretty defaming things on her fb page about the customer, including how she will only refund half of the customer's money and that the products she sells are authentic, basically calling the customer a liar.
So the customer's friend started this thread to ask for help to see if the products are indeed authentic, and it seems like a majority of the people on here agrees that some products on your wife's page are fake. When this thread becomes popular, apparently your wife told the customer that another person has been impersonating her and posting those photos of fake products to sell for his own benefit (even though I can't really see how this would work since it is your wife's account that people are transferring money into. Guess said guy is probably not very bright). I don't know what she's been telling you about refunding the customer twice the amount, but the amount that the customer paid was 2,770 baht and she was refunded 2,700 baht. Your wife was actually 70 baht short on the refund.
Good luck on your legal pursuit on people of the Internet. To me, I would worry more about why the story your wife tells you is so off from what is actually happening. IMHO, seems to me like your wife is really playing you for the fool, and that's sad. Best of luck to you!
