สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆถนนนักเขียนทุกท่าน
วันนี้ก็ได้ฤกษ์นำกลอนคู่ไทย-อังกฤษที่เคยแต่งไว้มาลงสักทีนะคะ
กลอนคู่นี้แต่งไว้เกือบห้าหกปีแล้วเหมือนกันค่ะ เคยมาลงไว้ทีนึงไม่ทราบจะจำได้กันหรือเปล่า
ตอนนั้นยังไม่ได้เป็นสมชิกพันทิพอย่างเป็นทางการน่ะค่ะ เลยได้แต่นำมาลงในชื่อเพื่อน
ตอนนี้มีชื่อเสียงเรียงนามเป็นของตัวเองแล้ว ขออนุญาตนำมาลงให้ได้อ่านกันอีกครั้งนะคะ


Starlight



"When it's getting dark, what can you see?"

The answer might be "Nothing"

But then another question swept across your mind,

"What can you see when it gets darker?"

You may be surprised to find yourself answer :

"The stars - I can see the stars come out"


                    ***

When darkness falls upon your life,

cold wind pierces through your heart like knives.


'Cause things turn out the way it shouldn't,

you try to cheer up but indeed, you couldn't.


Suddenly, life is overshadowed,

by your own heart's deepest sorrow.


But if you only look up to,

the velvet sky that's once so blue,


You'll see the twinkling stars gently smile,

comforting, encouraging at the same time.


Just then warmth spreads over your heart,

soothing your soul, wiping tears apart.


As eyes brightened you realize,

the darker it gets, the brighter the stars shine.


Stars blow you kisses along with promises;

soon light will come, darkness banished.


The dawn of life begins to play

its role to make a better day...

     ยามเกลียวคลื่นราตรีกาลสาดซัดผ่าน  นานเท่านานกว่าโศกศัลย์จักจางหาย

ชีวิตดั่งฟองคลื่นเคลียผืนทราย    ไร้ความหมายใต้ฟ้ามืดหม่นมัว

     หากเพียงมองให้ลึกถึงความมืดมิด  หากเพ่งพิศอาจได้ยลแสงสลัว

มองให้ถึงภายในใจอย่าได้กลัว    มองให้ทั่วคงพบดาวพราวพร่างพราย

     นี่อย่างไรความจริงแห่งชีวิต   นี่อย่างไรสิ่งที่คิดที่คาดหมาย

ที่สุดแล้วราตรีจักเคลื่อนคลาย    ยามแสงทองสุรีย์ฉายปลายนภา
