ฉันแสนสุขด้วยหวังและต้องการ
ได้สำราญบนผืนดินที่พ่อให้
แม้นเพียงแค่หยิบมือฉันพอใจ
สูดกลิ่นไอแดนดินถิ่นของเรา
น้ำนมสดโคของฉันก็มีให้
ขนมปังไม่สิ้นไร้จากรวงข้าว
อีกเป็ดห่านมอบขนอุ่นให้แนบเนา
ทั้งร่มเงาจากพฤกษ์ไพรให้ร่มเย็น
ถึงเหมันต์ฉันก็อุ่นด้วยดุ้นฟืน
มีดาดดื่นจากมวลไม้เท่าที่เห็น
ใครจะรู้เวลาผ่านแสนร่มเย็น
ไร้ทุกข์เข็ญด้วยกายใจสุขสมบูรณ์
แสนสงบกับความเงียบที่ล้ำค่า
สุขอุราหลับสนิทไม่สิ้นสูญ
ทั้งผ่อนกายได้ศึกษาจิตเพิ่มพูน
เป็นสูตรคูณความสุขจากใจตน
สมาธิช่วยมอบใจบริสุทธิ์
ที่ผ่องผุดสดใสไม่สับสน
ขอฉันอยู่อย่างสงบไร้ตัวตน
ได้ล่องหนลาโลกไปไร้ร่องรอย
