Season's changing summer to fall
Leaves dressing up from tree top tall
Golden, purple, reddish brown hue
Scenic beauty Nature imbued
North wind passes, leaves start falling,
Oh...my poor heart, it starts breaking.
Beauty can't last, we can't deny
Nothing's certain, though we desire
That's what we learn from falling leaves
Once famed, now lay lifeless, reprieved
Whisper to you its tale of high,
As well as warn you of demise
When you are still on top of trees,
Make it worthwhile, live life with glee!
So when it's time that death befall,
You don't regret any minutes of it all

ลมหนาวพรูเป็นสัญญาณผ่านคิมหันต์
ไม้สล้างพร่างลานสัณฑ์สรรแต้มสี
เหลืองระเรื่อเจือชาดมาศรุจี
เพียงพิศชื่นรื่นฤดีมิมีคลาย
หากแท้จริงไร้สิ่งใดหมายคงมั่น
เวลาผันวันเดือนผ่านกาลสมัย
ใบพฤกษาถึงคราดับโรยลับไป
เคยอวดโฉมกลับทอดกายใต้ผืนดิน
กิ่งไม้โกร๋นเตือนใจให้มนุษย์
พึงรีบรุดรังสรรค์ปั้นแต่งศิลป์
ใช้ชีวีมีคุณค่าเป็นอาจิณ
ก่อนผุกร่อนถมทับดินสิ้นอินทรีย์
