ท่ามกลางความสงบเงียบของยามสนธยา

ฉันวางใจให้นิ่งอยู่ ณ ปัจจุบันขณะ

ไม่ใส่ใจในสิ่งที่ผ่านพ้น ไม่ลุ่มหลงสิ่งที่ยังมาไม่ถึง

ณ ปัจจุบันขณะ...ฉันค้นพบช่วงเวลาล้ำค่าของชีวิต
