We have M and C class, total 5 seats.
My kids always sit next to each passenger' doors, so the middle seat is free.
I sit with my husband in the front.
Whenever my mother comes for a visit, we let her sit in the front and I go sitting in the middle between 2 kids in the back. This works really fine with me though I am not a tiny woman. Maybe your babysitter could fit in your car.
When my kids were young, a toddler sat in his booster near passenger's door. The little one who still needed to be in คาร์ซีทแบบกระเช้า had to be in the middle, and I sat at the other side of the door.
