คำแนะนำจากคุณ Toshi ( Toshinori Tanaka ) เจ้าของ Dr.Tanaka's Homepage http://www.orchid.or.jp/orchid/people/tanaka/indexe.html ผมได้ส่งรูปไปถามเค้า บอกว่าเป็นไม้จากลาวครับ ในความคิดผมเหมือนเค้านะ นอกจากแหล่งกำเนิดแล้ว ต่างจาก Paph. exul โดยดูที่ใบครับต่างกันมากจนไม่ต้องอธิบาย ต่างจาก Paph. insigne ที่ดอกโดยมี warts ที่โคน Petals เค้าตอบมาดังนี้ " I know this flower. About 5 or 6 years before, we have seen at the first in truth. Some of good clone were awarded as one of variety of paph. insigne whose photo is attached. Almost of all flower are very similar as yours. I guess, this is not Paph. insigne. Because the distribution of paph. insigne is in Myanmer, Bangradish or India where is vary far from Laos. From the shape of petal is closed to pap. villosum or gratrixianum. About few year ago, Mr. Olaf Gruss was preparing to describe this plant as a new species. I have sent some photos of flowers to him. But there was nothing after that. From now, I forgot it. Once again, this flower was treated as Paph. insigne bfore however this is not paph. insigne but a new species including natural hybrids as their origin, I believe. And his is not rare, wehane seen so many and their seedlings we have in Japan aleady. I'll ask about this plants to Mr. Olaf Gruss. May I aend these photos to him ? When I get some new informatoin, I'll let you know. Thank you again and please send any information about paphs that is new or rare....
With my best regrads,
Toshi ( Toshinori Tanaka )" มีข่าวเพิ่มเติมจะมาบอกให้ครับ
