“To have one’s nerves (wires) crossed” (to act strangely or behave differently from normal)
Ex: She has her nerves crossed today!
Ex: You've really got your wires crossed! You don't know what you are talking about.
“To be off one’s chump” (sl.) ---> to be insane
Ex: He does such crazy things, he must be off his chump.

“To be off one’s rocker ” (nut) ---> to be off one’s mind

Ex: The fellow talks as wildly as if he were off his head.
