ไม่รู้จะช่วยยังไงครับ ก็เอาคำถาม - คำตอบที่ผมเคยทำเล่นๆ ไปอ่านแล้วกันครับ (ยังไม่ได้ prove นะบอกไว้ก่อน ผมรีบพิมพ์ เผื่อจะมีพวกรู้มากมาจับผิดไวยากรณ์ผมอีก) มันเป็นคำถามที่ผมเก็งว่าพวก HR จะถามอ่ะครับ เป็นคำถามในเชิงจิตวิทยาวิเคราะห์ทั่วไป (ถ้าเป็นในเรื่องงาน ตัวใครตัวมันครับ) อย่างนี้ครับ
1.What did you like or dislike about your previous job?
ตอบ I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I also felt the leadership team was great as well.
One of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position, however, after being there for just (1ปี 2ปี ก็ว่ากันไป), I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skill I developed while with the company, I felt my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth.
2.What were your expectations for the job?
ตอบ I expected that I can be able to utilize my skills and at the same time my knowledge regarding with the course that I pursued will be enhanced more than I am expecting.
3.What were your responsibilities?
อันนี้ผมให้ Idea คุณไม่ได้จริงๆ ก็ไปแต่งเอาเองแล้วกันว่าเคยทำงานอะไรมา มีความเกี่ยวข้องอะไรกับสายอาชีพของคุณ เป็นต้นนะครับ
4.How did you handle challenges?
ตอบ I do believe it yet, if we take responsibilities carefully on our career, it will be no problems at all. It means we ought to know how to avoiding misunderstanding in our careers and handling it with self - apperception. But if it exits to me; first Ill try to figure out what situation am I in, secondly Ill try to find out a best solution that come out by discussion between seniors, supervisor or guru and I to deal with it.
5.Tell me about a time when youll have to deal with a co worker wholl not do his/her fair share of the work. Whatll you do?
ตอบ If I realize someone contributions to the project will almost minimal. Ill make a decision to wait until after the project to speak with him/her. Ill glad to do something like that, because Ill learn he/she have been going through a very tough time in him/her personal life and he/she will appreciate my willingness to go the extra mile or not, so I believe the project will complete on time. As a result, our ability to work well together will significantly increase, too.
6.Tell me how do you handle when youve to work with someone you dont like?
ตอบ If Ill have to work with someone I dont like, Ill focus on a skills they bring to the job, their ability to solve problems and the two things Ill do appreciate, slowly my attitude towards them change. Even well never be friends, but well work well together.
7.How do you get along with older (younger) co workers?
ตอบ If my co workers are older: Ill respect my older co workers knowledge and Ill learn how to make a suggestion at an appropriate time.
If my co workers are younger: Ill take it as my job to get to know them and for us to find common ground where wed effectively work together. Its going to take some time, but I believe that a result will worth an effort.
8.What do you expect from a supervisor?
ตอบ Id like to be able to go my manager if Ive an issue or idea and to be able to feel comfortable to expressing my thoughts. Id also expect my supervisor to be open and honest with me and to let me know if there is anything Id do to improve or do differently in my work.
9.Why did you leave your job?
ตอบ Im interested in a job with more responsibility, and Im very ready for a new challenge.
10.What is your greatest weakness?
ตอบ When Im working on a project, I dont want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule.
11.What is my greatest strength?
ตอบ I use my failures and mistakes as opportunities to learn and growth, rather than obsessing or crying over them or allowing them to set me back.
12.Describe a typical work week
ตอบ The first thing Ill do on Monday morning is check my obligations that remain from the last week and prioritize my new obligations for the week. Ill organize them as good as I can try to do it and make it done on time.
13.Do you take work home with you?
ตอบ When I need to, no problem. I realize the importance of meeting deadlines and getting work done on time.
14.How do you handle stress/pressure?
ตอบ For my personal opinion only, stress is very important to me. With stress, I can try to do best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure Ive the correct balance between good stress and bad stress; I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.
15.What motivates you?
ตอบ I've always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position Im in. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal satisfaction and for my employer.
16.Can you tell me about yourself?
ตอบ Im an average person with average mental stability. I may freak out every now and then, but who doesnt? Sorry to disappoint you, but thisd be a good thing, right? Im the level headed one in many situations. My voices my morals and have no problems sticking up for what is ethically right. I think I have a keen knack for versatility and a little bit of creative thinking. Im a problem solver and work best with my hands, even I said that Im going to work best with my hands, but I also have the ability to work with others as well. In the past of my universitys life, I was a pretty busy person when it comes to my friends. It seems like everyone calling me to help them out in the tight situations. Fortunately, it requires me a lot of fevers in return, but Im really used them in wisely. The last thing I would like to add about my additional information is that Im a young, friendly, optimistic, forward, critical and positive thinker with a strong desire to work immediately.
What are you passionate about?
I'm passionate about making a difference. When I'm involved with a project at work I want to do my best to achieve success. I feel the same way about what I do in my personal life.
17.What are your pet peeves?
ตอบ I do not have a pet peeve. If something is bothering me, I step back, analyze "why" and find a good solution. If you asked my friends they would tell you my pet peeve is the loud voices in conversations of them!
18.What do people most often criticize about you?
ตอบ Theres no on going criticism. Im open to personal and professional growth and welcome the opportunity to improve.
19.When was the last time you were angry? What happened?
ตอบ Anger to me means loss of control. I do not lose control. When I get stressed, I step back, take a deep breath, thoughtfully think through the situation and then begin to formulate a plan of action.
20.If you could relive the last 10 years of your life, what would you do differently?
ตอบ Really, nothing. I've learned from each experience I've had.
21.If the people who know you were asked why you should be hired, what would they say?
ตอบ I'm sure if you asked my friends that question they would say you should hire me because I have the skills outlines in the job description.
22.Do you prefer to work independently or on a team?
ตอบ I am equally comfortable working as a member of a team and independently But my previous career is kind like independently career. If heres much more team work careers, Id say that itll never be difficult for me to try to be a good team worker.
23.Can you give some examples of teamwork?
ตอบ Companies, for the most part, do not want "Lone-Rangers" - they are looking for employees who will adapt to the company culture and get along with others. For my personal opinion, good team works is like people in the team must get a long with each other, help each other, overcome obstacles together with honest, friendship, opened mind.
24.What type of work environment do you prefer?
ตอบ I can be flexible when it comes to my work environment. It just likes do what I have to do and make it done on time. Why I have to cry over them? I believe that Ill not get a good different environment to suite me from employer by all odds, but Ill get fire instead.

ตอบ This is not only a fine opportunity, but this company is a place where my qualifications can make a difference. It contains the challenge to keep me on my toes. That's the kind of job I like to anticipate every morning.

ตอบ Over qualified? Some would say that I'm not overqualified but fully qualified. With due respect, could you explain the problem with someone doing the job better than expected?
